Meet The Protagonist, our bold little hero of the Giggle & Hops range. At 4.2% ABV, this session IPA is designed to deliver plenty of hop character without weighing you down, making it an easy-drinking pint that still brings plenty of personality to the stage.
Brewed with Galaxy and Vic Secret hops, The Protagonist leads with bright, expressive tropical fruit aromas and a refreshing hop-forward character. Expect layers of passion fruit, pineapple, citrus and juicy stone fruit, balanced by a soft malt backbone that keeps everything rounded and dangerously drinkable.
On the palate, tropical fruit takes centre stage. Passion fruit and pineapple come through first, followed by hints of citrus and peach, with a gentle bitterness providing just enough contrast to keep the finish crisp and refreshing. It is juicy without being overly sweet, hoppy without becoming harsh, and light enough to keep you reaching for another.
The finish is clean, refreshing and distinctly hop-led, leaving a lingering burst of tropical fruit that invites you straight back in for another sip.
