Every great story needs a stage.

Giggle & Hops Brewery was born from a simple idea: great beer should have a bit of character.

We're a small independent brewery based in Goole, East Yorkshire, created by a Selby local, originally from York. We have a passion for good beer, creativity and doing things a little differently.

From an Idea to a Brewery

Starting a brewery isn't exactly the easiest thing in the world.

There were plenty of challenges along the way, from finding the right space and navigating the licensing and compliance side of the industry, to getting our equipment, recipes and processes right.

But that's part of what makes the journey worthwhile.

Our beers are the cast. The brewery is the stage. And every pint gets its moment in the spotlight.
